Ordering from our online store is very simple. The process is user friendly and allows you to navigate and shop with ease. If you are an exclusive member of our online shop then you can check all your past purchases by clicking the My Orders button in the members area home page.
If you wish to purchase a product, you simply click the “add to cart” button. At this point you may either continue to shop or check out with your desired item.
When checking out, you will need to provide your shipping and billing information. If you would like to avoid this step every time you purchase an item, please sign up as an exclusive member and save your address in the My Address section of the member area. My Address enables you to save multiple locations on our website for your convenience. This will allow for a faster check out process.
Once an order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is for your reference and review to ensure that you have purchased the items you desire.
If for any reason you need to cancel an order, we ask that you do it in a quick manner in order to avoid shipping complications. All cancelation requests have to be made by telephone within 18 hours of your purchase.
When your purchase has been shipped you will receive another email notifying you of the shipment. You could also receive a call from Olympia Sports staff to verify your address.
